Notice of Special General Meeting & Show Council Meeting

Further to email notices, members are advised that a SGM will be held on Monday 24 June 2024, commencing at 6pm in the Howard Pavilion Meeting Room (Old Office), Bathurst Showground. Details of business to be conducted is available within the email notices, from the Show Office Tue-Thu 9-5pm and online at either www.bahpa.org.au or www.bathurstshow.com.au

The Show Council Meeting will follow immediately after the conclusion of the SGM.
