• Retain small section of entry card to collect exhibit after the Show.
• Exhibits will NOT be available for collection from the Pavilion on the last day of the Show, unless special collection arrangements have been made in advance with the Head Steward of their section due to exceptional circumstances.
• Exhibits may be collected from the Pavilion between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm on Monday 15th April 2024. Entry Stubs must be presented to collect items/exhibits. Any item/exhibit not collected by Wednesday 17th April 2024 will be disposed of by the Association unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Secretary’s Office.
AWARDS: Awards will be given for 1 st, 2nd and 3rd in all sections with sufficient entries (more than 6 entries) Only 3 Merit Cards per class will be awarded Judge’s discretion. Ribbons for Champions and Most Successful Exhibitor.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY GENERAL
• Please refer to the Rules, General, Supplementary and these Specific Regulations for guidance on the conduct of the competitions.
• All Exhibits must be the sole work of the exhibitor, and must not have been exhibited in a previous Royal Bathurst Show.
• The Entry must not have been entered in a previous Royal Bathurst Show.
• Entry CARD must be firmly attached to the front of work/exhibit/print, if not attached it will not be Judged or Exhibited
• All possible care will be taken of entries, but no responsibility is accepted by the Bathurst Agricultural, Horticultural & Pastoral for any loss or damage, either in transit or during the exhibition.
• The Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into • Limit of TWO entries per class. Unless otherwise specified.
• "Monochrome" prints refer to prints containing tones of only one colour.
PRINTS • For display, prints must be mounted on stiff cardboard no thicker than 2mm cardboard (Framed prints will not be accepted)
• All prints to be clearly labelled on the back with the section and class entered, title, author's name and address
• Minimum print size 25cm x 20cm (10" x 8") In all sections except small prints - Postcard Class • Maximum exhibit size 50cm x 40cm (20" x 16") See next point regarding size of border.
• Maximum Border Distance between Print and side of mount is 5cm (2”) • Small print section - Postcard Size (5” x 7” prints) cardboard mount size (7”x9”) in this section only.
• One Print per mount.
• Prints MUST NOT contain watermarks or signatures
• NOTE: No print will be accepted if it is the same image as another print entered in this year's Show. Previous years entries also not accepted.
• Any exhibit that does not comply with the above requirement shall not be displayed or judged. CREATIVE DIGITAL IMAGE.
• ONE entry per class for Creative Digital Section
• Photo must be clearly manipulated in some fashion to show your creative side.
• Original Photo must be the sole work of the exhibitor and taken within the last 12 months.
• Original Photo to be emailed with the Creative Image for Judging.
