EXHIBITS STAGED: (Entries to be delivered to Trevitt Pavilion by) 12:00 pm Wednesday 3 rd April 2024 (if Pavilion not open, entries may be delivered to Office)
ENTRY FEE: $0.00 PRIZES 1st $5.00, 2nd $2.00, Cards 1st, 2nd, 3rd. All Champion and Most Successful Ribbons. If any vouchers are awarded, these must be collected from the head steward on presentation of entry stub.

EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE:
• Please refer to the Rules, General, Supplementary and these Specific Regulations for guidance on the conduct of the competitions.
• Staple of original fibre to be attached to all work.
• All Exhibits must be the sole work of the exhibitor, and must not have been exhibited in a previous Royal Bathurst Show.
• Lining, background embellishment, trims, etc. may be other than natural fibres for any of the following classes.
• Exhibitors entering Novice classes must have learned their craft in the previous 12 months.
• Exhibitors must present skeins that are tied properly for judging, also samples added to all skeins of fibres used.
• Any exhibit that does not comply with the above requirement shall not be displayed or judged.
• Exhibits will NOT be available for collection from the Pavilion on the last day of the Show, unless special collection arrangements have been made in advance with the Head Steward of their section due to exceptional circumstances.
• Exhibits may be collected from the Pavilion between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm on Monday 15th April 2024. Entry Stubs must be presented to collect items/exhibits. Any item/exhibit not collected by Wednesday 17 th April 2024 will be disposed of by the Association unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Secretary’s Office.
