• Please refer to the Rules, General, Supplementary and these Specific Regulations for guidance on the conduct of the competitions.
• All Exhibits must be the sole work of the exhibitor, and must not have been exhibited in a previous Royal Bathurst Show.
• Each doll must be incised with the entrants' signature and date.
• Dolls must be displayed with appropriate stands and no large accessories.
• Every care will be taken to ensure the dolls safety whilst on display, but competitors enter their dolls at their own risk. The Royal Bathurst Show will not be liable for any loss or damage however caused.
• Dolls are to be delivered and taken from the display by the exhibitor, on the presentation of entry card stub.
• Each work must be the original sole work of the exhibitor and must have been completed within the last 24 months and must not have been entered in a previous Royal Bathurst Show.
• Retain small section of entry card to collect exhibit after the Show.
• Exhibits may be collected after the Show from the Show Secretary's office between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm on presentation of the exhibitor's entry stub – copies not accepted.
• Any item not collected within the week following the show will be donated to charity unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Show Office
• Any work that does not comply with the above requirements shall not be displayed or judged.
