ENTRY FEE: $0.00 PRIZES: 1st $5.00 2nd $2.00, 3rd Card, Champion Ribbon. If any vouchers are awarded, these must be collected from the head steward on presentation of entry stub.

EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE
• Please refer to the Rules, General, Supplementary and these Specific Regulations for guidance on the conduct of the competitions.
• Open to all woodworkers whether amateur or professional.
• The Judge reserves the right to reject any entry, which is not considered to be of satisfactory standard or in the correct class.
• All entries must bear the names of the timber.
• SIZE RESTRICTION – maximum size of 1.5m length, 50cm width & 80cm height to enable display.
• All entries must remain on display until 4pm on the Sunday of the Show.
• All Exhibits must be the sole work of the exhibitor, and must not have been exhibited in a previous Royal Bathurst Show.
• Any work that does not comply with the above requirements shall not be displayed or judged.
• Retain small section of entry card to collect exhibit after the Show.
• Exhibits will NOT be available for collection from the Pavilion on the last day of the Show, unless special collection arrangements have been made in advance with the Head Steward of their section due to exceptional circumstances.
• Exhibits may be collected from the Pavilion between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm on Monday 15th April 2024. Entry Stubs must be presented to collect items/exhibits. Any item/exhibit not collected by Wednesday 17 th April 2024 will be disposed of by the Association unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Secretary’s Office.
